Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). As CMO you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of Intellisync marketing strategy and overall marketing initiatives (e.g. marketing campaigns and marketing analysis). Collaborating with other executive peers, the CMO will be pivotal in driving the company’s commercial success.

Qualifications:

  • Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and growth objectives;
  • Lead the marketing team, nurturing talent and ensuring the department consistently produces outstanding results;
  • Collaborate with other executive leaders to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals;
  • Champion the company’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence across all channels;
  • Ensure all marketing activities and materials align with the brand’s identity, values, and vision;
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and make recommendations for necessary adjustments to the brand strategy;
  • Drive initiatives that elevate brand recognition and positioning in the renewable energy software market;
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products;
  • Harness insights to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge;
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop strategies that drive product adoption and customer retention;
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content across various platforms, from digital channels to events participation;
  • Direct impactful marketing campaigns, both organic and paid, to generate leads, boost customers and partners’ engagement, and raise brand awareness;
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance, KPIs and refine;
  • Marketing KPIs monitoring and control for result-oriented corrective actions, optimization, and improvement;
  • Marketing approaches based on data-driven feedback;
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, and other executive members to ensure marketing strategies align with corporate and financial objectives;
  • Integrate marketing perspectives into product development and R&D processes, ensuring products resonate with market demands and trends;
  • Engage with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers to amplify the company’s market presence and forge strategic alliances;
  • Represent the company together with the marketing and sales teams in key industry events and conferences;
  • Handle crisis communication and protect the company’s reputation.

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in marketing principles, strategies, and best practices;
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms;
  • Strong analytical skills to provide data and KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness;
  • Experience in budget management and resources allocation;
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity, and experience with Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communication Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is advantageous;
  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the software or renewable energy sectors;
  • Proficient in modern marketing tools, platforms, and analytics;
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives, drive brand growth, and execute high-impact campaigns;
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams;
  • Strong analytical mindset coupled with creativity and strategic vision;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships at all organizational levels;

Working hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday (hybrid working formula)
