Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Ebewele Brown is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to enhance our client engagement and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to foster loyalty and support brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for strategic development.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
