Job Title: Client Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and supervision of all Pitch and RFPs submission process elements from end-to-end.
• Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
• Taking client communication briefs and, where required, supporting the Strategy team with drafting creative briefs.
• Coordination of process within the Agency from Creative, Media, Production and Strategy to achieve smooth running of the campaign.
• Formulate strategic plans/ business initiative for all brands within your care. thereby organically growing the business.
• Presenting and selling creative work.
• Conduct Quarterly competitive review of all the brands within your care.
• Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.
• Promptly respond and follow up on inquires/queries from brand contacts.
• Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a good job bag and billing system, which must be shared monthly
• Managing the work and performance of team members, e.g. Account Executive.
• Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
• Working with Finance to limit write offs, bill client accurately, chase unpaid invoices, do reconciliations, and grow company revenue.
• Update the contract management system with campaign change orders (campaign delays, optimizations, etc.) and alert team of changes that will affect revenue.
• Reduce account attrition by ensuring program goals are met and exceeded.
• Manage and compile accurate and detailed weekly status reports for internal and external status meetings
• Ensure all reports gets to clients on time with zero error tolerance.

Salary Range
N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
