Job Title: Client Support Specialist

This is a remote position.

Monday-Friday 10am – 7pm EST Canada with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (10pm – 7am Manila Time)
Job Overview:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with our valued clients. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Assistance:
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to meet client needs.

Problem Resolution:
Diagnose and resolve client issues, working closely with other departments as necessary to provide comprehensive solutions.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the resolution process.

Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Proactively communicate product updates, features, and relevant information to clients.

Documentation:
Accurately document and track client interactions in the CRM system.
Create and update support documentation to ensure the team has access to accurate and up-to-date information.

Training and Education:
Provide training and guidance to clients on product features and best practices.
Contribute to the development of support resources such as FAQs, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.

Feedback Collection:
Gather client feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client needs and suggestions for enhancement

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
– Proven experience in a client support or customer service role.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
