Cold Caller at Outsourcing, Remote (Nigeria)
I’m looking for a confident, persuasive, Lagos-based female Cold Caller with CLEAR DICTION to join our growing sales team.
This is a remote, part-time role (3 hours 30 minutes) ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and a natural ability to engage leads over the phone.
If you’re sharp, resourceful, and ready to earn while working 3 Hours and 30 minutes a day, I want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound cold calls using the provided scripts or talking points.
- Pitch services confidently and handle objections professionally.
- Follow up with leads and update the Dialer accurately.
- Maintain constant communication with the employer during work hours.
- Represent the employer with respect and professionalism.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Night Shift)
- 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
- Your 3-hour 30-minute shift will fall within these windows. Flexibility is required.
Requirements
- Female, currently based in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Must be available for two days of onsite training in Yaba, Mainland
- Clear, confident voice with clear diction, NO NOTICEABLE INTONATION. A passable American accent is a plus
- Prior cold calling or telesales experience is a plus (but not required)
Technical Requirements:
- A 5G LAN internet connection (no Wi-Fi, no 4G or mobile data)
- A functioning laptop minimum of 8 GB of RAM
- A clear-sounding headset with a microphone
- You’ll also need to complete:
An internet speed test - A short voice test (script provided)
