Collections Associate

Set Financial is seeking self-motivated individuals with previous experience in phone collections and customer service. (30-39hours per week). With possible weekly bonuses.

Applicant Requirements

• Fluent in English (both in speaking and writing).
• Must provide 2-3 minute audio recording of yourself, briefly explaining your previous, relevant work experience and why you’re a great fit.
• Must have a reliable work space Must have stable internet connection.
• Capable of processing 200 outbound calls per day (minimum).

• Phone numbers (for daily calls)
• Call Scripts (for daily calls)
• One-on-one Virtual Training through Skype.
• A recorded line for outbound calls (calls are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes).
