About the Position:

The mission of our Community Manager is to strengthen the brand’s presence and reputation among English-speaking audiences through proactive social media management. This role involves fostering meaningful engagement, effectively handling interactions on digital platforms, and creating strategic content that resonates with the target audience. The Community Manager will play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness and cultivating positive relationships with followers and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms
  • Foster positive relationships with the brand’s online community through engaging interactions
  • Identify and participate in relevant online forums and communities to promote brand awareness
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed
  • Ideate and develop creative content strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Maintain high attention to detail and consistently uphold brand voice and guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and community management effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, content creation and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing
  • Technical or technological certifications in Social Media
  • Fluent English and Spanish;
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets from social media platforms and analytics tools to derive actionable insights
  • Experience aligning social media efforts with broader marketing and business objectives to drive measurable results
  • Comprehensive knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) that apply to the role
  • Commitment to staying updated on evolving social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize performance
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities
