Community Manager at The Work Haven, Lagos, Nigeria
Are you a people-first professional who loves building communities, telling compelling stories, and keeping things organized? The Work Haven, located in Ogba, is seeking a Community Manager to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, manage both digital and physical spaces with confidence, and ensure our members feel seen, supported, and connected. This is a fully onsite role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our online and offline community.
- Plan and execute engaging events and partnerships.
- Handle administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.
- Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and internal communication.
- Ensure members have a great experience at The Work Haven every day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for content and design.
- Comfortable with social media and digital communication tools.
- Proactive, dependable, and great with people.
