Who you are
As a Consumer Insight Analyst in the Marketing Analytics group, you are customer obsessed and curious about understanding the “why”-questions related to our customers and internal data. You enjoy crunching data as much as working with insights and research, and you can translate your work into actionable business recommendations. We are looking for the right person to fill this position, whether you are more Junior or Senior.
What you will do:

- Work collaboratively with consumer insights/data analysts/data scientists to translate data into insights and outcomes that the domain can leverage.
- Manage ongoing delivery of data and insights from existing tracking (e.g. Brand tracking and Ad tracking) and internal data.
- Understanding drivers behind results and connecting the dots to uncover insights and create a complete story.
- Ownership and responsibility of ad-hoc research projects, e.g., designing, programming, and analyzing custom surveys as needed.
- Work with consumer testing, such as, post-campaign evaluations, message testing, and similar across markets.
- Analyze internal data, such as customer data, shopping data, app data, etc.
- Visualize and present the results of your analysis to different internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams within the Consumer GtM domain to ensure the voice of the customer is integrated into our ways of working.
You should have:

- Min bachelor’s degree with a preference in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Business & Management, or Computer Science
- At least 1 year of experience working with consumer research
- At least 1 year of experience working with analytics, consulting, marketing, or similar
- Working knowledge in conducting and leading quantitative research projects, including sampling, survey design, and statistical analysis. Experience in qualitative research is a plus but not a requirement
- Hands-on experience with survey platforms/tools such as FocusVision/Decipher, Qualtrics, etc. is a must
- An ability to package your insights to clear and actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with and present to multiple levels of seniority
- Experience in SPSS (or R) and statistical analysis e.g. regression, correlation, ANOVA, factor analysis is a must. If you have experience working with SQL that is a great plus but not a requirement
