Job Title: Content Marketing Expert
We’re looking for a part-time Content Marketing Expert who is fluent in English and skilled in strategic marketing, specifically within LinkedIn and healthcare IT communities.
 Responsibilities:
- Leverage Organic LinkedIn for Thought Leadership & Outreach
- Create and publish engaging LinkedIn articles on communication inefficiencies in healthcare and how Hubspring solves them.
- Engage decision-makers (CIOs, physicians, practice managers) through insightful posts.
- Participate in LinkedIn groups related to healthcare IT, physicians, and telehealth to expand reach and credibility.
- Leverage Paid LinkedIn for LeadGen
- Create and publish engaging LinkedIn ads to drive new leads and customer acquisition
- Engage decision-makers with clear offerings to activate requests for demos and/or registrations
- Promote free 30- or 60-day trials to small physician groups, telehealth providers, surgery centers, and home health agencies.
- Reactivate Previous Clients and Early Adopters Through Email Marketing and Testimonials
- Reach out to previous users who have transitioned to new hospitals or healthcare facilities to introduce Hubspring as a solution for their new workplace.
- Leverage past positive experiences to create internal champions within new organizations.
- Share success stories and reactivation efforts with LinkedIn followers to encourage engagement.
- Gather testimonials from existing customers to publish on website to enhance credibility and trust
- Engage in Physician & Healthcare IT Online Communities
- Actively contribute to Reddit (r/medicine, r/health IT), Doximity, and Sermo with valuable insights and solutions.
- Provide answers to common pain points in healthcare communication while subtly showcasing Hubspring’s benefits.
- Build relationships and trust with medical professionals through peer-to-peer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Experienced in content marketing, particularly on LinkedIn and within online communities.
- Familiar with healthcare IT and physician workflows, allowing you to create relevant and engaging content.
- A strategic thinker who understands audience engagement and conversion strategies.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the broader team as needed.
- Creative and proactive, always looking for ways to enhance marketing impact.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in healthcare, SaaS, or tech marketing.
- Proven track record of growing engagement and conversions through content marketing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and advertising, SEO strategies, and email marketing.
- Knowledge of physician networking platforms (e.g., Doximity, Sermo) and Reddit healthcare communities.
