Job Title: Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research of keywords, trends, and content gaps to identify content ideas, working with SEO manager
- Plan and maintain a content schedule
- Create cornerstone and enablement content, including blog posts, e-books, guides, infographics, white papers, courses, case studies, and more
- Create landing page and email copy to support content marketing campaigns
- Assist in developing and executing content strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions, suggesting new ideas to improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and meets the needs of various departments
- Work with external contributors on content creation, owning planning, briefing, reviewing, and publishing content
- Work across different teams on content distribution (social media, comms, lifecycle, etc.)
- Create quality content tailored to different personas and stages of the buyer’s journey across the product suite, with minimal guidance and support
- Track, analyze, and optimize the traffic and engagement performance to meet marketing goals
Requirements:
- Ability to write engaging and compelling content
- Good understanding of SEO principles and the ability to make informed content ideas
- Minimum of 3 years in content creation roles, preferably product led content
- Comfortable writing about payroll, compliance, legal, HR, or similar topics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the department
- Demonstrated success in creating engaging, quality content that drives conversions
- Experience working in HR or Fintech companies is a plus
- Previous experience in coordinating content creation through external contributors
- Successful experience working in a remote and distributed team
- Native or near-native English speaker
