Content Specialist
PMI is a service company, engaged in the development and implementation of the expansion strategy for Parimatch brand in the markets of Africa, Asia, Latin America. The company provides tech, marketing and communications services for partners in the betting and gambling industry.

We invite those who fired up to:
- Support the development of content strategy for owned and paid channels;
- Develop content for marketing campaigns used across digital and traditional media channels, this includes but is not limited to digital advertising banners, OOH, radio, television ads and commercials, print and social media;
- Work with the social media team to develop the social media content calendar;
- Develop and execute content plan for third-party websites;
- Research and analyze top SEO content topics;
- Review content from agencies and other units to ensure grammatical or factual accuracies while following all brand editorial guidelines for consistency;
- Research and write long-form content on various relevant topics;
- Identify trends and insights, using the information as a basis for generating and developing content;
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and how this can be met with content on the website and on external channels;
- Integrate communication with offline media strategy and communication;
- Copy, edit and proofread content created by other content writers to provide detailed feedback;
- Publish content on various platforms and analyze traffic performance;
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing with a focus on content;
- Work with the rest of the SEO team to plan and execute various SEO and SEM tasks;
- Prepare reports on projects performance and content activities;
- Set up a process for developing improvement initiatives and implement them;
- Collaborate with the customer service team to identify educational gaps which may require content intervention;
- Collaborate with the design and media buying team to align on the communication strategy;
- Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology;
- Use analytics tools to track the performance of content activities and identify areas of optimization;
- Monitor and report on strategic sites from which brand mentions and promotions are being carried out;
- Daily and weekly report on all activities including posts, website banner performance, search traffic and performance and conversion from content sites.
Essential professional experience:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree Minimum qualification;
- Minimum of 2 years content creation experience in marketing, communications or similar;
- Solid content portfolio consisting of published work;
- Familiar with content management tools and able to adopt new tools;
- Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media;
- Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC;
- Understanding of consumer behavior and psychology;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience or knowledge of SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Google analytics, Keyword planner, search console, etc.
