Job Title: Corporate Account Officer

As the Corporate Account Officer working with all stakeholders, you are responsible for overseeing the uploading of the claims on the various HMO Portals, reconciling the Corporates and HMO balances and managing the receivables part of the relationship as a liaison Officer working with the Business Development team to ensure that each account is paid on time and in full.

Responsibilities:

• Uploading the approved claims on the various HMO portals
• Sending out monthly reports to support all claims to the HMOs
• Ensuring settlement of all accounts in line with the agreed payment date of 30/45 days after claims upload
• Reconciling all balances on a monthly or as when required basis
• Working with the Corporates/Retainer ship officers at different corporates clients
• Accurately manage all incoming payments and following up on outstanding payments from Corporate clients
• Keep an accurate record of clients’ accounts and outstanding balances
• Securely handle clients’ data and payment information
• Ensure all clients remain informed of their outstanding debts and payment deadlines
• Write thorough reports on corporate client’s billing activity with clear and reliable data
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Healthcare experience is required
