Job Title: Corporate Sales
CardinalStone Finance is seeking for an ambitious and experienced business development officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in relationship management and sales within a commercial bank. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients for quality risk asset creation (loans) and deposit mobilization.

Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new business opportunities for deposit mobilization and quality risk asset
- Nurture new and existing client relationships by promoting new products and services.
- Â Engagements with potential clients to identify financial needs and as well develop tailored solutions
- Mobilize deposit in line with target for the periods.
- Prepare credit approval memos for onward approval by Credit Risk team and Credit Committee
- Carry out loan monitoring activities through customer engagement
- Communicate with other members of the team to coordinate sales efforts
- Carry out financial statement analysis for preparation of credit memos
Requirements

| Education | Minimum of First Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing |
| Experience | A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience out of which at least five (3) must have been in the financial services industry |
| License & Certification | Relevant professional qualification e.g., ICAN, ACCA or CFA |
