We are looking for a Creative Content Designer who can turn product ideas, features, and customer problems into compelling visual content that grabs attention, clearly explains our products, and supports sales.

*About the Role*

This is more than a traditional graphic design role. You will be responsible for creating graphics, short-form videos, product demonstrations, motion graphics, promotional content, and other visual assets for Corelink.

You will work closely with the Commercial Growth Lead and Digital Marketing team to create content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, product education, and customer conversion.

*Key Responsibilities*

Graphic & Visual Design
•Create high-quality designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, proposals, brochures, adverts, and other marketing materials.
•Develop product visuals, UI mockups, product illustrations, infographics, and promotional graphics.
•Maintain consistency across Corelink’s product visual identities.
•Create campaign-specific creative assets for different industries and target audiences.
Video & Motion Content
•Create short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
•Produce product demonstration and explainer videos showing how CoreAccess and CoreCard work.
•Create motion graphics, animated product features, transitions, and promotional videos.
•Edit screen recordings and product walkthroughs into engaging marketing content.
•Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.
•Assist with basic shooting, lighting, audio, and video production when required.
Commercial Content
•Work with the Commercial Growth Lead to create sales-focused content for prospects and customers.
•Develop industry-specific content for associations, churches, schools, gyms, training centres, clubs, professional organizations, and SMEs.
•Create creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
•Turn product features and customer pain points into easy-to-understand visual stories.
•Create case studies, testimonials, product launches, campaign assets, and sales enablement materials.
Creative Development
•Generate creative concepts and content ideas rather than simply executing briefs.
•Stay informed about current content formats, design trends, short-form video trends, and AI creative tools.
•Experiment with new creative approaches to improve engagement and conversion.
•Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
•Maintain an organized library of editable design and video assets.

*Requirements*

•2+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, visual content, video editing, motion design, or a related creative role.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating **both graphic design and video content**.
•Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Figma, or equivalent tools.
•Experience creating short-form social media videos.
•Understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling.
•Ability to create professional product demonstrations and promotional videos.
•Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
•Ability to translate technical products and complex ideas into simple, engaging visual content.
•Experience using AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
•Good communication, organization, and time-management skills.
