Customer Experience Executive at Jobberman, Lagos, Nigeria

We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who will be the friendly face behind our chats, emails, and social media conversations—someone who truly cares about helping customers have a smooth and enjoyable journey with us.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries across email, chat, and social media with warmth and professionalism
- Following up on orders and working closely with our logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
- Handling complaints and resolving issues in a way that leaves our customers smiling
- Keeping customer satisfaction top of mind in everything you do
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re approachable, attentive, and empathetic
- Comfortable with technology; experience using CRM or order management tools is a plus
- Reside in or around Lekki—you’ll need to be nearby for our onsite role
Salary: NGN 150,000 Monthly
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM – 4 PM
