About the Role:
Chili Piper has some of the most amazing, loyal, and energetic users and fans in SaaS. So it made perfect sense that the next key hire on our marketing team would be a customer marketer to leverage these existing relationships and bring more enthusiastic supporters into the Chili Piper ecosystem.
Chili Piper is looking for a clever Customer Marketer to join our marketing team. We’re building an innovative brand identity and turning our audience into devoted fans. This is an opportunity to work in a varied role that is focused on customer experience and success. This individual will touch many departments of Chili Piper and will report to the Director of Partnerships, Community, and Social Media. Creative, communicative dreamers who thrive in a fast-paced work environment are welcomed. We’re excited to see this individual grow and flourish!
What you’ll do:
- Produce and survey engagement programs to influence renewals, reviews, growth opportunities, survey scores, and participation.
- Interact with online reviews to problem solve and build our brand.
- Create and oversee Case Studies to demonstrate how Chili products can solve clients’ key challenges and provide unique value to our audience.
- Elevate the role of customer’s voice through the setup and maintenance of a Customer Advisory Board.
- Facilitate and innovate a variety of Referral programs to increase brand awareness and improve conversions.
- Identify active Chili Piper certified users and clients and turn them into active and vocal Chili-advocates.
- Assist in the establishment of the [Chili Piper Foundation], a philanthropic venture that will magnify charitable efforts across a spectrum of humanitarian projects.

Who you are:
- You have 3 or more years of proven success in communications, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
- You thrive acting as a human bridge who moves between teams to represent the voice of the customer.
- You live to serve and are thrilled to hear success stories from happy clients.
- You are ROI focused, but unafraid to invest in programs to increase referrals and create upsell opportunities.
- Strong writer, editor, and content creator who can juggle multiple projects at once.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers on cross-functional teams.
- You can think critically to articulate ideas, frame problems, and initiate solutions.
- You have excellent time management skills and thrive working with and responding to many different personalities.
- A creative and proactive leader who excels in finding new ways to make others take action.
