Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for building a strong health information Centre that will ensure prompt service to patients, and also ensure timely, accurate and complete documentation of all patient records as well as their protection and confidentiality in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, professional standards and best practice

Job Qualifications

• Minimum academic qualification of OND in Management / Administration or Public Relations
• 1-2 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
• Experience in providing customer service support
• Proficiency in English
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
