Customer Service Officer at PC Recruit Nigeria, Lekki, Lagos

Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join their team in Lekki, Lagos.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, responding to client inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, patience, professionalism, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are properly addressed.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
• Support customer retention and service improvement initiatives.
• Work with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of ND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, front desk, or support roles is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage.
• Must be professional, polite, and well-presented.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Preference will be given to candidates who:

Reside around Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, or nearby locations.
Have experience handling customers professionally.
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Can work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: NGN 180,000 – NGN 200,000 Monthly

The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
