Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and promote our luxury eyewear brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and in-store.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
3. Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring loyalty and retention.
4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
5. Demonstrate expertise in luxury eyewear, making personalized recommendations.
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and inventory levels.
8. Manage daily/weekly sales reports, submitting to management.
9. Update CRM software with customer interactions and sales activities.
10. Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives.
11. Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.
12. Process and manage customer orders, including delivery and returns.
13. Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
