Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Type: Full-Time

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the voice of our customers and ensure they get the most value out of a b2b saas product call ShopOfficer. You will serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new clients, providing support, and ensuring they have a seamless experience. You will work closely with customers to help them achieve their business goals using our software, identify potential upsell opportunities, and reduce churn. Job Description:

  • Customer Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition to using ShopOfficer and understand all features and functionalities.
  • Customer Training: Conduct product training sessions for new and existing customers, helping them maximize the value of our software.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their go-to resource for any questions or support needs.
  • Customer Advocacy: Gather feedback and insights from customers to inform the product team and ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in product decisions.
  • Account Management: Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify growth opportunities, potential roadblocks, and strategies to prevent churn.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
  • Familiarity with shop management or small business software is a plus.
