Afrilab Medical Diagnostics is a leading diagnostic center in Ibadan. We presently have multiple locations in the city aimed at meeting your needs without stress or hassle. We have several diagnostic units in the different locations ranging from Clinical Chemistry, Haematology, Microbiology, Parasitology, endocrinology etc.

Job Position: Customer Support Officer

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
2. Generate sales leads
3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
5. Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
6. Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
7. Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.

Job Requirements

1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 0 – 2 years work experience.
2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
3. Track record of over-achieving quota
4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
5. Interpersonal and customer service skills
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Multitasking and organizational skills
8. Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
9. Ability to share work among a customer service team.

Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 monthly.
