This is a part-time role that requires 4 hours per day Mon-Fri (20 hours per week) with flexibility regarding the timing of these hours. Let’s chat about what works best for you!
This is a fully remote role with very occasional travel.
What You’ll Do:
As the main touchpoint for Chuffed customers, you’ll be responsible for handling all customer support queries. You’ll also fill the important role of liaising between our community and the rest of the Chuffed team, helping to constantly improve the experience of Chuffed campaigners and donors.
Here’s how you’ll spend your days:
- Assist campaigners and donors as they launch Chuffed campaigns, make donations, and utilize Chuffed’s tools and products. You will communicate primarily over email, with occasional phone support.
- Work with other teams such as Engineering, Product, and Marketing to stay up to date with new products and features, while advocating for Chuffed campaigners and donors to ensure their feedback is central to everything we do
- Continuously improve Chuffed’s customer support by identifying new ways we can improve our interactions with our community
- Create and edit knowledge base articles to ensure Chuffed customers always have access to the best and most up-to-date information
- Help uphold the safety and integrity of the Chuffed platform by identifying and removing illegitimate campaigns
Requirements
About You:
- You have a minimum of two years experience in a customer support role, ideally with multichannel support experience (email, chat, and phone support)
- You’re a great communicator, adept at injecting your personality into communications while clearly explaining complex information
- You have a deep interest in improving customer experience and thrive in the role of customer advocate within an organization
- You are organized and efficient with strong prioritization skills
- You have a strong growth mindset – you’re not afraid to take risks, fail and learn. You’re always looking for ways to develop and improve your skill set.
- You’re passionate about social justice and have a strong desire to help Chuffed campaigners succeed
