Job Title: Customers Relationship Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Identify prospective customers
• Lead generation and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs of product.
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Answer questions about the products.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Build relationships with existing customers and potential customers
2. Process orders and delivery request
3. Handles reconciliation and book keeping

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND, FSLC, or NCE qualification
• Must have 2 – 4 years experience.

Salary
N70,000 / Month.
