Data Entry Support at Activate Talent, Remote (Global)

We design and deliver exceptional digital and retail experiences for global fashion and lifestyle brands. We are seeking a Data Entry Support Specialist with experience in EPLM (World Fashion Exchange) to assist in managing and maintaining product and design data across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and validate product and design information in EPLM (World Fashion Exchange).
• Support merchandising and design teams by uploading seasonal product specs, styles, and data.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain smooth product lifecycle management.
• Resolve data discrepancies and maintain detailed records for reporting.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with EPLM systems (World Fashion Exchange preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with design or product lifecycle workflows.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and system-based data management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
