Job Title: Dealer Acquisition Officer
Location: Lagos
We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join Shekel Mobility as Dealer Acquisition
Officers. As a Dealer Acquisition Officer, you will grow and develop Shekel’s dealership base,
promote and sell Shekel’s financing solutions to auto dealerships, provide assistance, and
achieve sales targets.
👉🏽Responsibilities:
● Collect and analyze relevant market data to identify potential dealers and assess market
trends.
● Compile and maintain accurate records of dealer information, including contact details,
sales data, and performance metrics.
● Utilize various data sources to gather insights on customer preferences and dealer
needs, supporting strategic decision-making.
● Identify and approach prospective dealers to expand the company’s dealer network.
● Present the benefits of partnering with the company, highlighting product offerings,
support services, and potential revenue opportunities.
● Communicate terms and agreements with new dealers, ensuring alignment with
company policies and objectives.
● Facilitate the onboarding process for new dealers, ensuring a smooth transition and
integration into the company’s ecosystem.
● Provide training and resources to new dealers, covering product knowledge, sales
techniques, and operational procedures.
● Serve as the primary point of contact during the initial phase of the dealer relationship,
addressing any questions or concerns and providing ongoing support to ensure
successful onboarding.
👉🏽Key Metrics:
● Contact/Visit 30 dealers monthly.
● Sign up 15 new dealers on the Shekel platform monthly.
● Fully onboard 10 dealers monthly.
● 100M new credit limit allocation monthly.
👉🏽Qualification and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Previous experience in Sales, Customer Acquisition or similar role.
● Proven track record of success in B2B sales or field sales, preferably in the automotive
or fintech industry.
● Strong prospecting and lead qualification abilities.
● Experience in consultative selling approach.
● Ability to understand and articulate complex product/service offerings.
● Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.
● Time management and organizational skills.
● Data entry skill.
