About the Role:

As Development Operations Associate, you will support daily operations and administration of development team activities. You will focus on organizing monthly team workflows, donor pipeline database management, communications support, and scheduling.  This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a social impact organization with a proven model that is moving to scale. This role is fully remote and reports to the Senior Manager of Grants and Development Operations.

You Will:

• Be the primary administrator for myAgro’s donor CRM, Raiser’s Edge (RE), so that information is current, correct, and usable. (30%)
• Oversee monthly team sprints using the Scrum method: manage sprint boards, facilitate daily stand-ups, analyze sprint data to identify successful fundraising approaches. (20%)
• Manage gift processing: enter gifts and pledges in RE, scan and file gift entries and agreements, code gifts, and execute gift acknowledgements. (10%)
• Support mass donor communications including distribution of organizational reports and campaign materials. (10%)
• In collaboration with the Senior Manager of Grants and Development Operations and the Chief Development Officer, document and update development SOPs and workflows. (10%)
• Support new donor research to identify qualified leads. (10%)
• Manage additional administrative tasks as requested by the Chief Development Officer, including liaising with software and service providers that support development operations. (10%)                             The percentage of time expected to be spent on each task is approximate

You have:

• 2+ years of experience in fundraising or business development operations, database or pipeline management, fundraising administration, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity working with Raiser’s Edge and Smartsheets
