Digital Community Manager

We are looking for a Digital Community Manager who is savvy, professional and experienced in running social media campaigns and promoting events to join our team.

Requirements

  • Experience with online community management
  • Experience with online community initiatives (e,g building forums, creating Nan event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Can use video/photo editing software
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Hands-on experience with social  media management for brands
  •  Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
