Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for a digital marketing analyst to join our team to help drive ButterflyMX’s customer acquisition strategy across paid channels. The ideal Digital Marketing Analyst candidate is a data-driven professional with a proven background in digital marketing lead generation and analytics. This position reports directly to the Digital Marketing Director and is key in growing and optimizing ButterflyMX’s multi-channel campaigns. The individual should be skilled in optimizing, analyzing and interpreting digital marketing campaigns to drive calculated decisions, with a background in managing Google Ads, Meta ads, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Generate marketing-qualified leads for the sales team through hands-on management of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Linkedin, Meta, Bing, etc.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition across these various digital platforms.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Oversee and manage paid digital advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Drive innovation and experimentation in digital marketing tactics to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new growth opportunities.
  • Report on campaign performance and strategic insights to senior management, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field of study preferred).
  • 2+ years of work experience, with a proven track record of successful digital marketing customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong quantitative background, with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Experience working with Google Suite, WordPress, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
  • Experience building models in Excel through VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help drive our digital marketing efforts forward.
