Role Description:

As a Digital Marketing Operations Analyst at Voda Paints, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies.

You will be responsible for creating engaging and appealing content that showcases our products, managing social media platforms, and running effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and create engaging content for Voda Paints’ products, ensuring it is visually
appealing and informative.
● Utilize Canva and Capcut at an intermediate to expert level to design and edit marketing materials.
● Craft compelling copy and maintain a strong command of English in all written content.
● Manage and grow Voda Paints’ presence on Instagram and LinkedIn by posting regular updates, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
● Execute and manage marketing campaign concepts from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
● Implement and manage email and text marketing campaigns to drive engagement and
sales.
● Monitor digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
across all platforms.

Qualifications:
● 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role for this position
● Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
● Proficiency in Canva and Capcut.
● Strong command of English with excellent writing and editing skills.
● Demonstrated ability to run successful marketing campaigns.
● Experience with email and text marketing tools.
● Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn, including best practices for content and
engagement.
● Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
● Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
