Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
– Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as social media, search engines, display networks, and email marketing.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the mental health industry.
2. Manage social media presence:
– Create and curate engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
– Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the audience.
– Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
3. Content creation and management:
– Develop compelling and informative content for website pages, blog posts, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is consistent, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s voice and tone.
– Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
4. Website management:
– Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
– Monitor website analytics to track visitor behavior, identify areas for improvement, and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
– Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website enhancements and resolve any technical issues.
5. Graphic design and multimedia:
– Create visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
– Edit and optimize multimedia content for different digital platforms, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality output.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
– Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
– Proficiency in social media management and advertising platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
– Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Joomla, etc.) and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
– Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
