Job Description:
We are seeking unpaid interns to join our team as Career Development Interns. The successful candidates will assist our team in teaching people how to build their careers and portfolios. You will also help train our clients on how to use LinkedIn effectively.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the development and delivery of training programs to help clients build their careers and portfolios.
Provide support to clients by answering questions and providing guidance on how to improve their professional skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with the Career Agila team to develop new training modules and curriculum.
Work with clients to help them build an effective LinkedIn profile that showcases their professional skills and experience.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in career development and share findings with the team.
Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in a related field, such as career development, human resources, marketing, or business.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media marketing is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
This is an unpaid internship program that requires a commitment of 10-20 hours per week for a minimum of three months. In exchange, you will receive valuable training in career development and portfolio building, as well as experience working with a dynamic and innovative team.
