Job Title: Digital PR Specialist

Are you passionate about storytelling, digital strategy, and making an impact through compelling content? Join our team as a Digital PR Specialist, where you’ll work at the dynamic intersection of SEO, public relations, and brand-building to help us grow our online visibility and strengthen our voice in the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Create & Promote Campaigns: Ideate, produce, and promote world-class, industry-leading digital PR campaigns that inform, inspire, and captivate.
  • Drive Brand Awareness: Partner with SEO and content teams to develop engaging stories that earn coverage, backlinks, and social buzz.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with journalists, publishers, influencers, and industry experts to amplify our content and promote our brand.
  • Pitch & Place Content: Own the outreach process from start to finish—crafting pitches, securing placements, and tracking success.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for content creation and outreach.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital PR, media relations, SEO, content marketing, or a related field
  • BA/BS degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • A strong foundational knowledge of SEO fundamentals—you understand how content, backlinks, and authority drive organic growth
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, especially when crafting pitches, outreach emails, and campaign messaging
  • Experience building targeted media lists and using tools like Muck Rack, BuzzStream, or similar platforms for outreach
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable interpreting data and using reporting metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategy
  • A self-starter mindset—you’re proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of your work and exceed expectations
  • A genuine passion for digital storytelling, relationship-building, and staying on top of industry trends
