Digital Project Manager at Gameloft, Remote (Global)
We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of web projects. This role combines technical guidance, team management, and process coordination. You’ll lead a cross-functional team and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality digital products.
You’ll be involved in both daily operations and improving long-term practices. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys mixing hands-on technical work with leading and supporting a team.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Guide and manage a multidisciplinary team of developers and designers.
- Organize and prioritize tasks based on timelines, workload, and business goals.
- Support professional growth through mentoring and feedback.
- Foster an environment built on ownership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on progress and team performance.
Project Management
- Coordinate the development of web interfaces, interactive pages, and digital content.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and ensure clear project handover.
- Track deadlines, manage resources, and adjust plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Anticipate and address potential challenges before they become blockers.
- Validate outputs for consistency, usability, and adaptability across platforms and devices.
Technical Oversight
- Encourage use of scalable, modern web development approaches.
- Support the implementation of reusable components, coding standards, and documentation.
- Identify and recommend tools or systems that improve development workflows or quality.
- Ensure data tracking and analytics components are integrated where needed.
- Partner with technical stakeholders to troubleshoot and maintain development environments.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in web development or digital production, with leadership experience in a team setting.
- Strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with modern frameworks, deployment workflows, and CMS platforms.
- Comfortable managing cross-functional projects from planning through launch.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Familiarity with agile workflows, version control systems, and QA practices.
- English level: strong intermediate or higher – ability to confidently participate in video calls and communicate with the team
