Job responsibilities:
1. Receive customer inquiries, answer customer questions, and do a good job in customer guidance, consultation, and other services;
2. Relay customer problems to the corresponding department in a prompt and timely fashion, and cooperate with the department to do a good job of customer maintenance;
3. Cooperate with other departments to jointly complete the pre-sales and after-sales service of platform products.
4. Monitor relevant social communication channels and provide customer service support.
Job requirements:
1. Good English reading and writing skills, able to provide accurate customer service communication in English by email or online, English level 6 or above, professional-level 8 is preferred;
2. Strong logical thinking ability and ability to learn, finance-related knowledge and experience are preferred;
3. Diligent and responsible, meticulous, patient, with good customer service awareness and team spirit;
4. Good communication and coordination skills;
5. Support for the company’s values.
Working hours: 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM, 20 days a month
