Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

A Territory Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales for Deep Seas Western region. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with the company’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients within the assigned territory.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• DeepSeas Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of DeepSeas offerings and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales, revenue, and forecasts to the management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Territory Account Manager or similar role within a Cyber Security Services environment.
• Skills:
o Strong communication and negotiation skills.
o Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
