Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for an Entry/Junior German-speaking recruiting specialist to join its innovative team.

Responsibilities

  • Review user search queries and related job posting results
  • Evaluate and label the relevance of postings and the likelihood of application using clear rubrics
  • Deliver evaluated outputs daily
  • Participate in team discussions to align opinions and ensure consistency
  • Flag unclear or edge-case results and collaborate with the client’s team to refine guidelines
  • Take part in project meetings (primarily in German, English-friendly) and provide updates
  • It is a remote, Short-term (3 months), and full-time position (160 working hours per month).

Requirements

  • German language proficiency (C1+)
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Ability to work carefully with text and follow clear instructions
