Job Title: Executive Assistant

What You’ll Do:
- Manage schedules, emails, and CRM systems.
- Oversee contracts, documents, and transaction coordination.
- Handle customer service & follow-ups with buyers/sellers.
- Assist with real estate marketing and online listings.

Requirements
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, or real estate operations.
- Prior experience working with real estate agents, brokers, or transaction coordinators is preferred.
Professionalism & Communication:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills—must be able to draft emails, manage documents, and
- coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Organization & Tech Skills:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, KvCore, or similar), project management tools, and Google Suite.
- Strong calendar management & scheduling skills—able to coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and follow up on tasks.
Performance & Work Ethic:
- Takes initiative—does not wait for instructions but actively seeks ways to improve efficiency.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of executives & problem-solve independently.
- High level of accountability—ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Adaptability & Growth Potential:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Open to learning new software, tools, and processes to improve efficiency.
