Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior healthcare executives. This role involves handling a wide range of executive-level tasks, ensuring efficient communication, coordinating schedules, managing confidential information, and facilitating daily operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the CEO in execution of all personal and official/executive tasks
- Ensuring the proper, smooth, and effective running of the Office of the CEO
- Ensuring the proper and effective task management of all direct reports to the CEO
- Ensuring effective management of the CEO’s time, tasks, etc
- Anticipate the needs of executives and provide proactive solutions to potential challenges.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or medical related field preferable
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment
- Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy or Medical-related field is an added advantage, but not a requirement
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Must be presentable, well spoken, process-oriented, composed, able to work under pressure, and a self-starter.
