Executive Assistant
Optimum Foodie is searching for a very proactive and extremely detail-oriented Executive Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills, strong speaking skills and writing skills and very strong work ethic.
This position reports directly to the founder and is responsible for all business and personal related dutiesas delegated by the founder, so she may focus on her primary responsibilities and maximize her time and effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the CEO in the timely management of communications including written, telephone and email.
- Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow-up with those that require answers, responses and written replies.
- Spend time and become familiar with all aspects of the business.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes/
- Assist in file organization via Google drive
- Coordinate direct email campaigns (or ability to learn email campaigning).
- Perform a variety of errands
- Conduct ad-hoc research.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum qualification of BSC or OND
- Excellent qualifications both written and verbal
- Extremely detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks
- Excellent people skills
- Creative problem solving
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
- Must be able to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately. sometimes with little direction
- High level of interpersonal skills to interact with coworkers and executives/
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all situations and documentation.
- Demonstrate knowledge and good use of Microsoft Office, Photo collage and Canva.
NOTE: Job is mostly remote but Candidate must live in Lagos
