Facebook Ads Specialist at GTEcom BV, Remote (Global)
We’re looking for a highly skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of Facebook advertising operations. This role involves ensuring ads run smoothly, stay compliant with Facebook Ads Policies, and remain online with minimal downtime. It also includes managing Facebook Ads Media Buying strategies to maximize performance and efficiently scale campaigns.
Day in the Life of a Facebook Ads Specialist at GT Ecom
- Launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to achieve performance goals like ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Create and manage multiple Business Managers, ad accounts, and profiles with redundancy to minimize downtime.
- Implement strategies to comply with Facebook Ads Policies, prevent account bans, and maintain positive account health.
- Resolve account suspensions, ad disapprovals, and performance drops, ensuring downtime does not exceed 36 hours per month.
- Allocate budgets, test audiences, and optimize ad spend to maximize performance and scale campaigns efficiently.
- Collaborate with creative teams to optimize ad assets and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
30, 60, 90 Day Success Milestones for this role
- Ensure no more than 36 hours of total ad downtime per month across all campaigns.
- Consistently deliver a minimum ROAS of 3.5x across all active campaigns.
- Successfully scale ad spend by at least 20-30% month-over-month while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain an average CPA of $20 or lower for key products.
- Ensure a 100% compliance rate with Facebook Ads Policies, minimizing policy violations and preventing account bans.

- Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns for large e-commerce businesses.
- Expertise in setting up and managing multiple Facebook ad accounts, business managers, and profiles.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook’s advertising policies, structure, and best practices.
- Experience implementing systems to prevent account bans using proxies and feedback mechanisms.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Media Buying and Facebook Ads Policy; Shopify experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive troubleshooting to resolve disruptions quickly.
- Ability to adapt to changes in Facebook’s policies and algorithms, with optional leadership experience for scaling teams.
