Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Location: Ilorin, Kwara State

Agrospace-X,An agricultural company located in Ilorin, Kwara State, specializing in fish and poultry farming as well as other related agricultural activities, is looking to hire a Farm Supervisor.

This role involves overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the farm, managing staff, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your skills and experience will be essential to ensuring the farm operates smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on productivity and profitability.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day activities, with a primary focus on fish and poultry farming, to ensure smooth and efficient farm operations.
2.Supervise and Manage workers, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring productivity standards are met.
3.Track and manage inventory levels of fish and chicken feed, as well as other essential supplies, to ensure timely replenishment.
4. Monitor fish and poultry health and implement measures to maintain optimal care, health, and quality of the livestock.
6. Maintain accurate records of farm activities, inventory, and other relevant data, and provide weekly reports to the CEO.
7. Assist in budgeting for farm supplies and operations, aiming to optimize resource use and ensure cost-effectiveness.
8. Ensure that all farm activities comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations to protect livestock and farm staff.
9. Work closely with the CEO to implement farm strategies, improve production processes, and support the growth and profitability of the business.
