A fast growing prominent fashion brand, that specializes in western womenswear. We deal with production in house as well as obtaining a physical clothing store within Lekki.

Job Summary:

The Fashion Production Manager/ Creative Director will oversee the production process, ensuring that all outfits are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered on time. Day to day operations will be communicated and you are to implement those instructions.
Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and Instagram.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, industry experience, and strong leadership skills. You will oversee the creation process making sure deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and experience in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Production Planning and Management
* Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Coordinate with director and logistics teams to streamline production.
* Quality Control:
* Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality standards are implemented.
* Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with the marketing, production, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product launches.

Experience:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on production
management.

Skills and Attributes:

* Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabric properties, and garment construction.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Good writing ability
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
