Job Title: Finance and Research Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and strategy.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance and guide investment decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize research findings, financial metrics, and investment recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights necessary for comprehensive financial analyses.
• Monitor economic and industry developments to assess potential impacts on the company’s financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with accounting standards.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or Professional Certification Designation is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial analysis or research, preferably in a corporate finance or investment environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis; advanced skills in Excel are essential.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools and software.
• Experience with database management and statistical analysis software
• Understanding of investment analysis and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw relevant conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
