Finance Associate

JOB SUMMARY

· The role is open to an experienced accounting professional to oversee that the arrangement of goods has been procured in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement. Similarly, he/she ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A typical day on the job will involve;

• Capturing of inventory on QuickBooks
• Reconcile inventory position with sales.
• Carry out monthly stock taking.
• Present monthly Inventory report.
• Capture inventory transferred from different locations on QuickBooks.
• Assist in preparation of monthly Pension Schedule and follow up with various PFA.
• Execute payment transactions on payment gateway platforms.
• Reconcile vendor’s statement.

REQUIREMENTS

· B.Sc. or HND in accounting, finance or related field

· At least 1 years experience in similar role

· Conversant with laws on tax related matters and computations.

· Analytical and mathematical skills with practical knowledge of accounting software- QuickBooks

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to build and manage relationships

· Attention to details

· Tactful and maintains confidentiality.

Monthly Net Remuneration: ₦80,000-₦120,000
