Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee all aspects of financial management and strategy for our growing organization. The Finance Director will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the long-term financial health and sustainability of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and policies aligned with the company’s objectives and growth trajectory.
• Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on financial matters, risk management, and investment opportunities.
• Oversee financial audits, tax planning, compliance, and regulatory reporting to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support business initiatives, product development, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in the cryptocurrency / web3 industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of driving results, managing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
