Job Title: Finance Intern

Job Overview
The Finance Intern will be responsible for supporting the Finance manager and the accounting team. The role entails performing simple routine day to day finance tasks including, payroll functions, filing and document retrieval, providing data, and data input.
Responsibilities
- Carry out some simple routine transaction posting on sage software.
- Collate Personal income tax and Pension remittance schedule.
- Assist the Payroll/Accounting Officer in payroll or contractors related functions.
- Prepare monthly Payslip for over 650 contractors.
- Ensure all finance, tax receipts, and tax documents are properly filed.
- And any other responsibilities as required by the management.

Person Specification
Preferred Experience and Education
- Bachelorās degree qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any other related field Business Administration, or Humanities.
- 0-1 yearsā experience in finance, accounting is required for this role.
Language
Proficiency in English is required.

- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office suite
