Job Description

We are looking for a mid-level frontend engineer to join our team at Eden. You’ll be responsible for building out the client side of our software applications. Ideally, you should be able to translate customer requirements into magnificent and appealing user experiences.

We expect you to be open-minded, patient, approachable, emotionally intelligent, care about product usability, curious about learning, and ship new user experiences daily.

Job Specifications

• Proficiency in Javascript.
• Proficiency in Vue.js (Worthy of note that we use Vue here)
• No University Degree is required. You can code and have a good eye for pleasant user interfaces? No problem!
• 2+ years of building web and mobile web user interfaces.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great understanding of building or working with design systems.
• Proficient in converting high fidelity designs to pixel-perfect web and mobile interfaces.
• Solid experience in consuming REST APIs.
• Excellent ability to work independently.
• Good Knowledge of GIT.

Nice to Have

• Experience contributing to Open source.

Responsibilities

• Work with Vue, HTML and CSS to build out new features across Eden’s suite of products.
• Collaborate with other team members to figure out useful UI interfaces to add to Eden products to make them user-friendly.
• Build out amazing UI interfaces and user experience at Eden.
• Build out accessible design systems for Eden products (This should be fun because I’m all for open sourcing it).
• Optimize products at Eden for speed at the Browser level.
• Maintain websites and a high level of intuition.
