Job Title: Fulfillment personnel
Job Summary: Our Company is looking for a reliable and proactive Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Location: Parkview estate, Ikoyi, Lagos state.
Work mode: Onsite and based on shifts
Salary: 80k
Industry: E-commerce

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack item accurately for dispatch to customers
• Receive product form, ensure physical count matches physical purchase order/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of finished or canceled orders
• Take stock of all items weekly and update inventory.
• Clean and organize MFC operations area
• Handle,Scan and move products in a safe and well- organized manner
• Ensure products are kept safe and managed properly.

Requirement:

• BSC degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
• Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
