Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Product Design

As a Graduate Trainee – Product Design, you will work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs for the PicckR platform.
This role provides hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and design iteration to enhance the overall user experience.
The ideal candidate is creative, eager to learn, and passionate about solving design challenges that improve usability and engagement.

Responsibilities

UI/UX Design Support:

• Assist in designing intuitive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX).
  Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to improve platform usability.
  Assist in maintaining a consistent visual style and brand identity across the platform.

User Research & Feedback:

• Conduct basic user research and usability testing to gather insights.
  Analyze feedback to iterate and refine designs for better functionality and engagement.

Design Documentation & Assets:

• Help organize and maintain design files, components, and documentation.
  Support in preparing presentations and design guidelines for internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with relevant experience.
• Recent graduate or final-year student in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of UX principles, typography, and color theory.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams..
